Standard Rate

Prerequisites and Limitations

The following requirements must be met in order to rent our Seminole for time building.

Prerequisite Requirements

  • 250 hours of flight time
  • Multi-Engine and Instrument Rated
  • 15 hours of Multi-Engine flight time, (10 hours of which must have been in a Seminole)
  • Aircraft rental checklist complete
  • Multi-Engine renter’s insurance (speak to our team for coverage requirements)

  • Pre-payment is required for 10-hour and 20-hour blocks

Limitations

  • Dual flight only (two pilots that both meet the prerequisite requirements)

  • Travel to approved airports only

  • Renter is responsible for finding a time building partner (we will provide a discussion board with others in the time building program for you to coordinate)
