Standard Rate

$375hr Wet
  • Overnight Rentals Allowed
  • $187.50hr Time Splitting

20hr Block

$350hr Wet
  • Overnight Rentals Allowed
  • $175.00hr Time Splitting
*Does not include the cost of aircraft rental checkout

Prerequisites and Limitations

The following requirements must be met in order to rent our Seminole for Time Building

Prerequisites

  • 250hrs of Flight Time

  • Multi-Engine and Instrument Rated

  • 15hrs of Multi-Engine Flight Time (10hrs of which must have been in a Seminole)

  • Aircraft Rental Checkout

  • Multi-Engine Renters Insurance (Minimum $50k Physical Damage Coverage)

  • Pre-Payment is required for 10hr and 20hr blocks

Limitations

  • Dual Flight Only (two time splitters that both meet the prerequisites
  • Travel to Approved Airports Only
  • Renter is responsible for finding a time building partner (We will provide a discussion board with others in the time building program for you to coordinate)
