UTAH’S LEADING FLIGHT SCHOOL

Frequently Asked Questions

Students can expect to pay $13-17,000 to obtain their Private Pilots License. This cost includes Flight Training, Ground Training, Written Test Fee’s, Checkride Fee’s, Textbook, and Online Ground Training Program.

Why the cost range and not a specific price?

As a part 61 flight school the FAA requires our students to have a minimum 40hrs of flight training to be eligible for their checkride. That being said, not every student will be ready for their checkride at 40hrs and will require more time with an instructor.

Please reach out to a Randon Aviation Enrollment Specialist for a detailed cost breakdown of our Private Pilot Program.
