Prerequisites and Limitations
The following requirements must be met in order to rent our Seminole for Time Building
Prerequisites
250hrs of Flight Time
Multi-Engine and Instrument Rated
- 15hrs of Multi-Engine Flight Time (10hrs of which must have been in a Seminole)
Aircraft Rental Checkout
Multi-Engine Renters Insurance (Minimum $50k Physical Damage Coverage)
- Pre-Payment is required for 10hr and 20hr blocks
Limitations
- Dual Flight Only (two time splitters that both meet the prerequisites
- Travel to Approved Airports Only
- Renter is responsible for finding a time building partner (We will provide a discussion board with others in the time building program for you to coordinate)
